“British Columbia’s Full Curl Fishing Experience”

The Jurassic Classic is an Annual “Fishing Experience” on the majestic Fraser River in beautiful Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada. 28 professionally guided teams, consisting of 2 anglers each, will enjoy two full days of fun-filled fishing adventure and will be treated to first class hospitality, with all proceeds raised going to wild sheep projects in British Columbia.  Various teams from across North American WSF Chapters and Affiliate clubs as well as several SCI and other wildlife conservation groups attend each year with the goal of friendly competition and collaboration about conservation issues.

Working under the umbrella of the Wild Sheep Foundation, the Wild Sheep Society (WSSBC) and the Guide Outfitter Association of BC (GOABC) have teamed up with Great River Fishing Adventures to bring you a world-class sturgeon fishing opportunity. This is an all inclusive weekend with 3 nights hotels, 2 days of full-day fishing, all meals, alcoholic beverages, and more included. We have a great BBQ on the shores of the Fraser River on the Saturday evening, and close the weekend off with an awards banquet and a live/silent auction fundraiser.

In 2018, the Jurassic Classic raised over $50,000. These funds have been directed to boots-on-the-ground conservation work that will help support wild sheep in the province of BC.

Its no wonder why the Jurassic Classic really is “BC’s Full Curl Fishing Experience”
